We're hiring a Head of Content Capture to lead the team that finds, licenses, and integrates primary-source material into the Coherent platform.
What you'll do
- Identify and prioritize valuable archives, datasets, and content collections
- Manage relationships with publishers, archives, NGOs, and think tanks
- Negotiate licensing terms and oversee onboarding to the platform
- Lead a small team of editors and content acquisition specialists
You bring
- Experience in publishing, libraries, or content licensing
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Passion for primary-source research and discovery
- Comfort working remotely across multiple time zones
