All Coherent collections report usage in COUNTER 5 format. Download reports directly from the Customer Portal, or pull them automatically via SUSHI to combine with reports from your other vendors.
If you need a custom format or have a specific reporting requirement, our team is happy to help.
Project COUNTER is an industry initiative that provides guidelines for the measurement, creation, and distribution of online usage reports to institutional subscribers. See projectcounter.org for more information. We're fully compliant with the COUNTER Code of Practice for E-Resources Release 5.

One of the design benefits of COUNTER is the ability to combine reports from multiple vendors into a single view — SUSHI harvesting tools help with that process.
