By visiting the online products and services created by Coherent Digital (the Websites) and using Coherent Digital’s Platform and Tools (collectively the Platform), you agree to the following practices.
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload. When using the Platform, users must not upload any photo, image, graphic, audio, video, file, or material that
contains a virus or malicious content that could harm the Websites, server, or any files;
contains pornographic, obscene, or indecent content;
contains unlawful content, or violates any law or regulation, or would give rise to civil liability;
is fraudulent, knowingly false, misleading, or deceptive;
contains content that promotes violence or terrorism, or actions that are threatening to any person or entity;
contains material that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable and offensive;
contains information that is malicious, libelous, false, or inaccurate;
promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances;
violates any copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or proprietary or intellectual property right, unless the user is the owner of such right or has obtained appropriate authorization from the rightful owner to use such materials;
violates or infringes on the privacy rights of others;
is confidential and has not been cleared for public release by its authoring body or institution (such as confidential information of others, including your employer);
promotes hatred or prejudice against any individual, organization, or group based on age, race, religion, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, sexual preference, disability, or national origin;
exceeds the maximum allowable file size, as indicated on each of the Websites;
is not the appropriate file type (e.g. PDF, JPG/JPEG, PNG, or GIF).
Users who upload or post content they own to the Websites grant to Coherent Digital a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display that content in connection with the provision of the Platform and associated Coherent services.
Coherent Digital does not claim any ownership or copyright for content uploaded by users.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the content they upload, write, post, or link to when using the Platform.
Users who suggest links to third-party content to Coherent Digital do not confer any rights to any content other than the link itself, unless they state it.
Failure to abide by these terms constitutes a misuse of this policy and the Platform’s Terms of Use, and will result in termination of the user's account.
Coherent Digital may review user-submitted content for compliance with this policy. However, Coherent Digital has no obligation to do so. Coherent Digital, at its sole discretion, may remove any user content submitted through the Platform.
