MARC Records Update Spring 2025

You can download the updated MARC records directly from the Customer Portal. Once you log in, navigate to the lefthand side to access your MARC records.

If you don’t yet have administrative access to the Customer Portal, you can request it by completing the sign-up form here. Once your request is processed, you’ll receive access to the portal containing your MARC packages, usage statistics, entitlements, and more.

MARC records are updated quarterly to reflect the latest content and improvements. You’ll receive notifications when new updates are available.

MARC records have been created at  three levels:

1. Organization-level MARC: This is an integrating resource record describing a publisher or other provider, with a link to the landing page for all documents from that publisher.

2. Collection-level MARC: This is an integrating resource record describing a publication or other named collection, with a link to the landing page for all documents within that collection.

3. Document-level MARC: This is a record describing a book or other document type, with a link to the landing page for that item.
